We took a day trip to Mount Batur (1717m), just north of Ubud, Bali. The mountain is an active volcano, with its last eruption in 2000. Instead of a 3-hour hike, we chose to drive up the mountain in a Jeep. It was amazing how easily the Jeep could climb the super-steep slopes.
We reached the top just before sunrise, and once there, we enjoyed the magical surroundings. I brought my camera but used it sparingly to fully experience the moment. A short film is below :)
