I took the opportunity to create a real-estate video as the apartment is going up for sale. It turned out great! I also got some practice with sky replacement to improve the dull, white sky.
This time, I used an AI-generated sky in DaVinci Resolve. Previously, I’ve added a custom sky from an image. It’s a bit tricky with moving clips, but I managed to get it right after a while.
The purpose of the realtor film is to evoke a feeling that attracts potential buyers. The photos take care of the informative aspect. This was the perfect chance for me to make a sharp realtor film in the style I like. Hopefully, others will also appreciate this type of film. As with all my film productions, I love combining music with sound design. It really enhances the overall feel.
