I had ten wonderful days in Bangkok with my brother and we had an eventful, lovely time trying out lots of local dishes, going to temples, food/shopping markets and malls and took a lot of taxis all around. I decided to join my brother on this trip maybe two-three weeks in advance. I had to ponder it for a couple of days before deciding but in hindsight it were a great decision and we had an expansive experience.
Actually it were our first time in Thailand. As for me, I enjoyed Bangkok and as for the weather it were really manageable – around 30 degrees, which is alright without access to the sea. In a big city like Bangkok there is sooo much you can do if you want. But the traffic is quite crazy, even though taxi scooters are really convenient and can take you fast to any location.
Bangkok was more fancy than I imagined, but I would like to go to the south part of Thailand at some point to experience the beautiful beaches and sea-life. Also the northen part of Thailand sounded interesting.
